TERMS & CONDITIONS
GENERAL
Welcome to OUTLINE! These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the OUTLINE website ("Website") and the services provided by OUTLINE ("Services"). By accessing or using the Website or the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Website or the Services. OUTLINE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued access to or use of the Website or the Services after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
SERVICES
OUTLINE provides a variety of tailoring and embroidery services, including production, sampling, consulting, storage, and bespoke designs.
OUTLINE may subcontract any or all of the Services to third parties at its sole discretion.
OUTLINE will use all reasonable efforts to provide the Services in a timely and professional manner.
DEFINITIONS
Minor Changes: refers to any changes or alterations that result in a maximum of 15 minutes of additional labor.
Major Changes: refers to any changes or alterations that results in more than 15 minutes of additional labor.
Limit of Revisions: refers to a maximum of 2 changes or alterations regardless of amount of time or effort spent by labor.
Services: All products and or services listed in Section 2: Services that is provided by OUTLINE to clients. However, OUTLINE will not be held liable for delays, if the delays are from the client side.
SAMPLING
For all sample orders to be completed, Outline must have the clients tech pack or pattern or sample for each design.
All designs must be confirmed during the finalization of the Tech Packs.
For Tech Pack services, there is a 'limit of revisions'.
During the muslin stage, 'minor changes' and 'major changes' apply on the existing muslin fabric.
Once the final sample is ready, 'minor changes' apply.
Any sampling service must be completed within a maximum of 3 months.
PRODUCTION
Before production begins, OUTLINE will send a purchase order for approval. Once approved by the client, there will be no further changes permitted, although the client can always increase their order quantity/styles.
If any changes are required, OUTLINE will need to push the delivery date or charge an additional fee for the extra work required.
During the final stage of packing and labeling, 'minor changes' apply.
ESTIMATES AND ORDERS
All estimates provided by OUTLINE are non-binding.
To place an order for the Services, the client must complete and submit a written order form to OUTLINE.
OUTLINE will review the order and provide the client with a written confirmation of the order by email, as well as additional details.
Once the order is confirmed and OUTLINE has received the initial payment, the service will commence.
PAYMENTS
The payment schedule shall be disclosed upon completion of the confirming the order with OUTLINE.
All prices in the invoices are mentioned in AED.
OUTLINE accepts payment by cash, credit card, or bank transfer.
All payments must be cleared upon delivery in order for OUTLINE to release the products.
Once the advance is received, OUTLINE will process and confirm the order. The order will not be confirmed unless the T&Cs of the payment are met.
OUTLINE reserves the right to charge late fees for any payments that are not received on time.
CANCELLATION, REFUNDS, RETURNS OF ORDERS
You may cancel your order at any time before the first payment is made.
OUTLINE will not issue refunds for orders that have been canceled after the services have begun and the order has been confirmed.
It is the responsibility of the client to inspect the products upon collection and notify OUTLINE of any defects within 72 hours of collection. Beyond this specified period, OUTLINE shall not be liable for the products delivered.
If the client is not satisfied with the products (within reason) during the 72 hour time frame, the client may return the products to OUTLINE for repair or replacement, with additional fees if required depending on the situation.
DELIVERY
Basic packing is the responsibility of OUTLINE.
OUTLINE will deliver the Services to you at the address specified in the order confirmation for an additional fee. Otherwise, the client can arrange for delivery from the OUTLINE studios.
OUTLINE is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by factors beyond its control, such as weather conditions or customs delays.
PRIVACY RIGHTS
All confidential materials and information shared by the client shall not be disclosed to any external parties without consent from the client. Any and all materials shall be utilized internally in order to provide the client with the Services.
OUTLINE will sign an NDA for the client to ensure confidentiality.
OUTLINE reserves the right to post, advertise or display that the client's work was produced by OUTLINE unless explicitly mentioned otherwise in writing or disclosed in the NDA.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OUTLINE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the website or the Services.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and OUTLINE with respect to the Website and the Services.
SEVERABILITY, WAIVER AND NOTICE
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly.
